50300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 50300's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 50300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 50300 as the platform operator. They may be amended from time to time, and you are responsible for reviewing the latest version periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where access to such services is legally permitted. Users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 50300 services, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by another party.
- Notify 50300 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that the device you use to access the platform is secure and protected from unauthorised third-party access.
50300 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 50300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment channels, including Malaysian online banking and local e-wallets listed on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them. The use of a third party's bank account or e-wallet is prohibited and may result in the transaction being voided and the user's account suspended pending investigation.
Transaction-related conditions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set within the platform and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable bonus conditions.
- 50300 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until full identity verification is completed, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Transactions suspected of being fraudulent will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
50300 bears no responsibility for any losses arising from delays or failed transactions caused by third-party payment service providers.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
All 50300 platform users are required to use the service in a responsible, lawful and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software or methods (bots, scripts or third-party tools) to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, deception or system manipulation, including exploitation of technical bugs.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Distributing harmful, offensive or copyright-infringing content through any interactive features on the platform.
Limitation of liability: 50300 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet connectivity issues or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual property: All content, logos, designs, text, graphics and software on the 50300 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-party links: This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 50300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites.
5. Account Policy, Closure & Changes to Terms
50300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- There is evidence of fraud, system abuse or illegal activity associated with the account.
- The user is unable to verify their identity or account information when requested.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's current policy.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting 50300 customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements are met and identity verification is complete.
Changes to terms: 50300 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
